Message from Our CEO
Greetings, YMWIC Supporters:
Vision, planning, execution, growth. This is the process that has brought YMWIC to where we are today and the formula we continue to employ as we continue to meet our growth goals.
The YMWIC 2024-2025 Program Year is kicking off with new initiatives that have been in the pipeline for a few years. An expected area of growth is adding a new YMWIC Chapter location, the Kennett Consolidated Chapter in Kennett Square.
Although we have a solid growth plan, we remain open to opportunities that arise that can help us to achieve our mission. One such opportunity, which aligns perfectly with the introduction of our newly created Pre-Apprenticeship Program, is our partnership with Brian Dawkins. We immediately recognized the synergies between the missions of YMWIC and his Impact Foundation as a way to further expand our programming and offer new opportunities to our Scholars.
We are indebted to our committed Corporate, University, Community Partners, Sponsors, Volunteers, and Donors who are largely responsible for the success of our organization.
