YMWIC STEAM and Language Arts Summer Camps

The YMWIC 2022 Elementary School STEAM & Language Arts Camp was an exciting, educational, and fun- filled six-week experience for rising 1st-8th grade junior Scholars, who had great experiences exploring new concepts in math, chemistry, biology, computer science, robotics, language arts, reading, art, and much more! There were weekly field trips to Tyler Arboretum, Adventure Aquarium in New Jersey, Linvilla Orchards and Longwood Gardens as well as enjoying a day at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, where YMWIC headquarters is located. Scholars also tie-dyed t-shirts, took nature walks, played lots of games, and made new friends.
The camp took place 2022 at camp locations within our partnering school districts in Pennsylvania which include: Chester Upland, Coatesville, Norristown, Phoenixville, Upper Darby, West Chester, and William Penn.
