The 2023 YMWIC 13th Annual Scholarship and Awards Banquet took place on Thursday, May 25, 2003. It was a celebratory event at which we honored our Scholars, Industry Executives and Community Champions.

On March 4, 2023, YMWIC hosted our 12th Annual Science Expo. Beginning in September of 2022, YMWIC Scholars have selected a science project topic and are using the scientific method to execute their projects.

YMWIC participated in GivingTuesday on November 29, 2022. GivingTuesday is a global generosity day that encourages people to do good.

YMWIC hosted our 17th Annual College and Career Expo on Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 9:00AM to 2:15PM.

On Monday, August 29, 2022, the YMWIC 9th Annual Scholarship and STEM Golf Classic took place at the fabulous Penn Oaks Golf Club. The Scramble Golf Tournament and Fundraiser that took place supports our Scholarship Program.

The YMWIC 2022 Elementary School STEAM & Language Arts Camp was an exciting, educational, and fun- filled six-week experience for rising 1st-8th grade junior Scholars, who had great experiences exploring new concepts in math, chemistry, biology, computer science, robotics, language arts, reading, art, and much more!

A group of Coatesville High School Upward Bound Scholars took part in our Summer Program. In addition to brushing up on academics, Scholars participated in a combination of learning and fun experiences including STEM-related activities, robotics labs, development of practical and professional skills, and the development of leadership qualities.

Saint Vincent College has collaborated with YMWIC to host an interactive, exciting summer middle school STEM camp since 2013. The YMWIC 2022 Middle School Summer Program was open to all 6th and 7th grade Scholars.

The YMWIC 12th Annual Scholarship and Awards Banquet took on place on Thursday, May 26, 2022. We were so excited to celebrate in person for the Banquet, as the last two have been held virtually.
